The perfect superfood summer smoothie made with tropical mango, sweet peaches and energy boosting matcha green tea.
Along with British strawberries and other summer berries, peaches and mangos always make it into my shopping basket during the summer months. I just love snacking on fresh mango, blitzing it up in a smoothie, serving it with Greek yoghurt or ice cream or, dare I say it sucking the flesh of the mango right from the skin – classy I know!
It’s tropical flavour just instantly reminds me of summer holidays and it goes so well with so many other flavours like the peaches used in this refreshing green smoothie.

- 1 cup ripe mango
- 1 ripe peach
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
-
Serve in your favourite glass (or mug!) and enjoy!
Matcha green tea is a great thing to keep in your cupboards, it’s a powerful superfood full of fabulous antioxidants that are extremely beneficial for your health and well-being. You can bake with it, make ice cream and make matcha lattes (yum!). One of the easiest ways to get some matcha into your every day is to blend it into a smoothie and is how I like to use it at home.
This is the perfect wake me up breakfast smoothie, especially in the summer with that tropical mango flavour. Matcha is great at giving you a natural energy boost. In fact, I think I will be making more of these around 4pm too.

That looks absolutely scrummy!!! I love mango and peaches during the summer, so delicious. We’ve recently purchased a Nutribullet and this recipe has inspired me. I’ve never heard of the Matcha Green Tea before and it sound brilliant.

I made this in my nutribullet and it breaks everything down so well.
I love using matcha in my smoothies and you know I’m a mango fiend. I’m big on peaches too so this recipe is full marks for me!
Yay! Both of them blended together is
delicious.
Bar the peach, I have everything to do this beautiful smoothie here at home. And I love the peach/mango combination. Your site is beautiful and your photographs are just lovely.
Thank you! You should give this a try.
These look lovely, mango is so perfect for smoothies! I’ll have to try this!
Agreed! Love it in my smoothies.
Peaches and mango are two of my favourite fruits, really need to try this smoothie.
They’re great blended together.
This looks amazing, I would have never thought to put peach in a smoothie!
Thank you! They blend so well.
I love adding matcha powder to smoothies! And the colour of the smoothie always turns out bright and beautiful. Peaches are now in season so I’ve been making a lot of peach desserts and smoothies lately.
Peach based desserts are so tasty! I love that they’re in season again.
Oh this sounds delicious! Very refreshing and healthy. I have to say I adore your photos too, they are so pretty!
Thank you Em, that’s so lovely of you to say!
I have never tried matcha before but this has insprired me to try some. I need some energy. Peaches and mango are definately on the shopping list this week – thank you
I’m still yet to even try matcha, I just don’t know where to start with it, nor do I want to buy some matcha in case I absolutely despise it. I suppose a green smoothie is a great way of introducing it to your taste buds though. I too adore mango though try and not have it too often, but when you slice open a really perfectly ripe one and the juice trickles down your fingers – mmm! Such a delicious tropical fruit.

This sounds absolutely delicious! I love nothing better than mangos in the summer months and I too just enjoy sucking the flesh straight from the skin x
This sounds so summery! I like matcha just mixed in almond milk, so with other fruits I bet it would be lovely.
I love it like that too and as a latte. It’s brilliant in a smoothie, really gives it a zing with the other fruits.
I am a huge smoothie fan, I so have to try this recipe, I love peach and mango, what a great combination!
Can you taste the green tea in this? As I am not a fan, but I know it’s good for you so would love to try some recipes where the taste of the tea isn’t strong
This sounds delicious! I have never out peach in a smoothie I don’t think, I don’t know why because I love peaches and I love smoothies! I bet my children would enjoy this one, too! Thank you for sharing. xx
This looks like a delicious and healthy smoothie, I was expecting the colour to be more orangey but I guess the green is from the spinach. Very healthy.
Yes, all that spinach makes it look like something Popeye would enjoy.
That sounds really nice – it’s always the greeny colour of smoothies that puts me off though! lol
Ha! That’s what makes me want to drink them more.
My mom use to tell me the greener the better growing up. And that looks like she was right!
Hahaha! That’s a great saying to grow up with.
Peach and mango sounds like such a great and refreshing combination x
It really is!
Ooh I’d never have thought to pair the matcha with peach and mango! This sounds delish! xxx
Thank you! It’s a great combo.
This sounds gorgeous, I bet it tastes just like holidays! I love peaches and mangoes in the summer <3
It does have a tropical vibe about it.
I have to admit I’ve never really tried Matcha tea.You have inspired me to try it, especially now I know it’s a super food.
Oh it’s fab! Happy to hear this post has inspired you.
This sounds just absolutely delightful, definitely one to add to the ‘to try’ list x
This sounds so delicious, I have been wanting to try Matcha powder for ages! x
I’ve never tried Matcha Green Tea before but heard great things, this is a great way to incorporate it into your diet
I have tried Matcha Green Tea but I have to actively choose it if you see what I mean, otherwise I default to my usual tea and coffee. You are making me aware of how rubbish my diet is – which is probably a good thing!
A peach and mango smoothie now I could sip one of these all day. Love the fact it has some sneaky spinach in there too 🙂
That looks delicious! Seriously all of your recipes look amazing!
This smoothie sounds so heavenly. I love peach flavoured things.
I really need to make smoothies more often, I always really enjoy them. This one sounds absolutely perfect – plenty of fruit, but a good handful of greenery too 🙂 Love the pictures!
This sounds delicious! Can’t go wrong with mango in smoothies! I definitely need to to make one or a couple of these!
I love adding matcha to stuff as it makes me feel energised so I’m sure this would be a great smoothie for me 🙂 I have lots of powder lying around so I should try this!
It’s great for boasting those energy levels.
I LOVE a bit of matcha! What a great recipe. Your website is fast becoming my go to spot for lovely recipes and ideas 🙂 x
Aww thank you lovely!
Funny, I’m drinking matcha as I read this! But wow, I wish I was drinking it in your smoothie instead of just in hot water. Oh, and there’s nothing wrong with sucking the flesh from the mango skin. In fact, it should be mandatory.
Ha! Glad I’m not the only one that likes to suck the flesh from the mango skin.
