Hello lovelies!  m I hope you all have had a great week.  I have really been enjoying the sunshine on my week off from work and have really made the most of it.

On Monday we headed to Stratford-Upon-Avon for the day to have a look around.  Tuesday was dedicated to wedding planning and we secured 2 vintage cars which have been beautifully restored, they look like new!  We also visited our cake decorator to discuss our cake design. It was also our anniversary so we went out for a lovely meal.   After all of that running around we decided to take Wednesday as a rest day and just loafed around the house a bit and headed into town to look around.  Yesterday we headed to Sheffield to visit my brother for the day and got home quite late.  Today I have been just chilling and getting things done around the house.  I’ve also got some Wholemeal Banana and Coconut Muffins in the oven and they smell beautiful (recipe coming soon!).

Since I was having a week off I decided to take it easy o the exercise front too and took an extra rest day this week. I made sure to still get my strength in and a lovely morning run in the early sunshine too.

Monday: 3.5 mile run and 200 ab crunches (8 varieties, 25 reps each)

Wednesday: 30 minutes of high intensity intervals on the treadmill, cross trainer and bike, strength workout 1, 5 minute cool down on the bike.

Friday: High intensity intervals on the the cross trainer and bike (10 minutes each), strength workout 2, 100 ab crunches (8 varieties, 25 reps each)

I’ve also been getting on board with the green smoothie challenge:

I really have had a great week off from work.  It it doesn’t stop there. I have a lovely weekend planned as I am going shopping for my wedding dress tomorrow with my mum and auntie, going to see the Hunger Games (jumps with joy!) and baking my cookies for the cookie exchange.  As you can imagine I am extremely excited!

What have you got planned for this weekend?

Have you seen The Hunger Games yet? What did you think?
