Today marks a very special day! My little blog turns 6 years old and what a journey we have been on together. I started the blog as a hobby and as a way to document my journey back to healing my relationship with food and my body, not at all thinking that I would be here 6 years later and making a living from it!
Blogging is just wonderful, we’ve had our ups and downs and there have been times where I’ve thought about packing it all in, but I really do love it. Even if nobody clicked to read my posts I would still be here because writing about health and wellness is a passion of mine and I know that I’m extremely lucky to be doing what I love. Through blogging, I’ve grown as a person, learnt a lot, met some amazing people and had the pleasure to work on some incredible projects. It blows my mind that I’m still here 6 years on and I still have so much more to give and avenues to explore, which I will talk more about soon.

I’m extremely grateful to all of my gorgeous readers because without you this blog would be nothing. I read every comment, email and social media message with a smile and wanted to say a big thank you for your on-going support. To celebrate the awesomeness of the last 6 years and to say thank you, I’m hosting a bumper giveaway full of some of my favourite products and brands that I’ve come across during my time blogging, which I hope you will love too.

Happy 6th Birthday Celery and Cupcakes! I’ve been following you for over a year now and have tried lots of your lovely recipes – thank you for sharing!
My favourite product that I’ve tried recently is the Deliciously Ella Energy Balls – so good! However, I love the fact that there is a good choice of healthy products on the market now.
Wow 6 years, what a great achievement! I love reading your blogs for healthy tips.
I recently tried the ‘Kallo Belgian Milk Chocolate with Caramel Pieces Rice Cake Thins’. These are great for a cheeky mid morning or afternoon snack, replacing a chocolate or cereal bar. They are only 65 calories each, so good if you’re trying to be healthy.
All the best for the next 6 years!
I discovered Kind bars on holdiday in the states- I love them! Such delicious flavour combos!
I am a fairly new follower but love how balanced your blog is. It’s so refreshing! HaPpY BiRtHdAY!!!!
I have enjoyed Iceland’s Fish Of the Day Garlic & Herb Salmon Portions served with a nice salad – I love my tuna and salmon steaks! Full of protein and low in fat!
Happy 6th Birthday to your blog, Jemma!
I have recently tried T+ green tea which is nice. Happy 6th Blogiversary 🙂
My favourite product I’ve tried is the protein porridge pots from Oomf! Low in sugar and high in protein, lovely.
Happy 6th Blogiversary! That’s awesome! 😀
There’s a lot of my faves mentioned here, so I won’t repeat myself by mentioning the ones already on here, but I’ve recently got my hands on Conscious Chocolate and it’s amazing! it’s all healthy ingredients and raw chocolate. Tastes amazing and you’d never know it was a healthier version of normal chocolate!
The best thing I have tried recently is the Primal Pantry bars!! I can’t decide which is my favourite though!!
I like healthy bars like Nakd because they are natural and they don’t have added sugar.
Happy Birthday! I’ve loved reading the past few years and really looking forward to lots more!
I’ve not been trying many new products but I have been going through the cookbooks a lot. A family fave is a ginger marinaded stir fry beef from the first Madeleine shaw book. Even the hubby requests it!

Happy blog birthday!
I’m obsessed with D’s Naturals bars and I have been for a while. The new flavours are the best though, particularly the Chocolate Fudge Brownie. It’s so nice to find great vegan products like that available in the UK (finally…it’s about time), even if they are pricey and online exclusives.
happy 6th bday 🙂 I have to say my new plug in freshenier from aldi the frsh linen one x
The Lindt 90% chocolate bar makes me feel happy and healthy! It’s so chocolatey that a square is really satisfying.

I’ve been loving the electrolyte drops I’ve been testing out recently, (eleteHH.com). They’re practically tasteless so I can add them to squash easily post-run.
Happy 6th Birthday Celery & Cupcakes! 🙂 I think the favourite product I’ve discovered recently is MOMA Super Seeds Porridge. I love my porridge but I always make it from scratch and I am less than convinced by all these “instant” ones. Especially these as you literally just pour the sachet in a bowl or mug and add hot water. However I got given a box recently so tried one, and I was very pleasantly surprised! It was a lovely texture, hot enough despite not seeing a pan or microwave, no added sugar and full of seeds which added a delicious texture and taste, as well as being very nutritious 🙂
Goji berries which I loveeeee
I found Ugly drinks! It’s just sparkling water infused with natural fruit flavours, no sugars or sweeteners, they are lovely!
some coconut water thankyou
Happy 6th Birthday! Lots of hard work paid off.
I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant so my normal diet is making me queasy. Recently I’ve found a mixture of banana, apple & mango makes me feel great, especially in the morning!
Big congratulations to you on your blogging anniversary! 6 years is quite a long time, well done on not giving up!
When it comes to my favourite health product, I haven’t discovered anything new recently, most of the time I just use the same stuff, however not that long ago I discovered olive leaf tea which really helps with overall well-being and tastes great too.
I love to drink infused water using lemon and lime
Crunchy Oat Granola with Raisin And Almond. Used to hate cereals but this is delicious!
I have been using Carington Farms flavored coconut oils, my favorite is the garlic and I also like the sriracha flavored.
organic roll on deodrant!
I recently tried almonds for the first time, now I’m addicted
I recently tried chia seed pudding! I’ve done chia seeds before in oatmeal and such, but this was actually an acceptable sub for regular pudding (:
I enjoyed the Orgain vanilla protein shake I tried.

In terms of a new healthy product that I have found great it would have to be the Nakd Bars they have been a great replacement for chocolate bars!
My homegrown cucumbers! So easy to grow, a slightly sweeter taste and so satisfying.

I;ve been trying lemon and lime water. I like it because it is refreshing and I know it is cleansing as well. I can’t drink plain tap water so this is great for me.
Kallo rice cakes much better than eating a biscuit and kept me from reaching for something unhealthy.
Happy 6th Birthday!! Have been following your blog for just over 3 years and tried some of your yummy recipies.
My favourite recently are Nakd nibbles in any flavour. Love them as a 3pm pick me up snack instead of chocolate and rounds of office birthday cake!
