The number of people diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK is rapidly growing, particularly amongst the male population. The rates of male bowel cancer patients have risen by 29% in 35 years in the UK alone.

The World Cancer Research Fund estimates that a proportion of the incidences of bowel cancer in the UK could be prevented by following a healthier lifestyle:
Diet
It is recommended that a diet rich in fibre with the inclusion of fruit, vegetable and lots of wholegrains can be highly beneficial in reducing the risk of bowl cancer. Furthermore, adopting a healthier diet can help improve your health all round.
Let’s get physical!
A well balanced healthy diet and physical exercise go hand in hand to develop a healthy lifestyle and reducing the risks of bowel cancer. If running on a treadmill isn’t your thing walking, swimming and dancing are all fantastic forms of exercise to get your heart pumping.
Weight maintenance
Maintaining a healthy weight can be one of the hardest things, but so worth it! With small changes in your diet and by taking regular exercise your weight can be kept in check as can your health.
Give it up!
Giving up smoking has tremendous benefits for you general health and warding the risk of bowel cancer. Now there are some great sources and support services out there to help you quit.

I think this a great opportunity to learn more about bowel cancer, a health topic which is rarely in the media. For me I’m always interested in the government’s involvement in trying to combat and reduce the risk of disease, in this case bowel cancer.

I think it’s a real shame that you’re doing so many sponsored posts that clearly revolve around getting in the company specific link for payment, instead of content that your readers will really be interested in.
I love your blog and find your healthy lifestyle so inspiring. I read every single one of your non sponsored blog posts and regularly try new recipes based on the nutritious things you’re cooking up that week.
After clicking on this post and finding it is yet ANOTHER sponsored post, I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to follow your blog. I know you can’t please everyone and this is not a personal attack on you, I think you’re amazing, I just really hope you rethink all this sponsored posts, or at least think a little more carefully about what is relevant, for the sake of your blog and its success, because I really miss reading your fantastic lifestyle posts. xx
