This week’s episode is something that I’m very familiar with and is at the heart of my coaching business and the work that I do with my 1:1 clients.

It’s so easy to become so lost, disconnected, and feel like you’re lacking purpose when you’re a mum. However, I wholeheartedly believe that motherhood doesn’t have to be the ultimate sacrifice – you don’t have to settle!

You can find a beautiful harmony between who you were before you became a mum, your ambitions, and be an awesome parent too.

In this week’s episode I explore:

  • The importance of shining a spotlight on the person you were before becoming a parent
  • My personal battle of wanting to be a good mum, but also needing something for myself too in order to thrive
  • How creating micro-moments for yourself can help you reconnect back to self
  • Why prioritising yourself is the best example to your children
  • Giving yourself permission to have a purpose and aspirations outside motherhood
