Juicing has become massive in the health and wellness industry because they’re an easy but delicious way to get an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables into your everyday. Admittedly, we got a juicer as a wedding present nearly 5 years ago, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll never be one for going on a juice cleanse, but adding something like this pineapple, carrot and ginger juice to my routine definitely gives me a lift.
At the moment, I’m really working on my hydration levels. During the colder months, tea tends to fuel my day whereas in the summer I’m actually pretty good with my water consumption. I think incorporating juices is another great way to stay hydrated, plus there are so many fresh juice combinations that you can create.

A refreshing and zingy juice recipe that makes a perfect afternoon pick me up!
- 4 carrots
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 inch fresh ginger
-
Following the instructions on the Philips Avance Collection Centrifugal Juicer process the ingredients to release the juice into the jug supplied.
-
Give the juice a mix with a spoon before drinking.
I’ve experimented with juice recipes recently after my Philips Avance Collection Centrifugal Juicer arrived. It’s been great re-introducing juices into my routine, and have had them a few times a week to replace the sweet treats that I’m prone to eating when the afternoon energy slump hits.
What I love about the Philips Avance Collection Centrifugal Juicer is its simple cleaning feature, which if I’m honest normally puts me off making a juice. After making this pineapple, carrot and ginger juice it literally took a couple of minutes to wash the juicer so it was ready for its next use. It also features unique Fiberboost technology, allowing for 50% more fibres in your glass for a more wholesome juice.
This juice is seriously refreshing and I’m loving ginger so much right now, it gives a wonderful heat to smoothies and juices that I find energising. A tropical sweetness comes from the pineapple which works nicely with the earthy root vegetable flavour of the carrots.
Time to get back into the kitchen and start experimenting even more with the juicer again!
Do you make your own fresh juices? What’s your go-to combination?

Hi hun, great post!! Love juicing, and this recipe is extremely cost effective too which is always good. Thanks for sharing 🙂 x
Yes, this one is pretty cheap to make. Winning! 🙂
Cleaning is my nemesis when it comes to juicing! This sounds like a great flavour combo and a fantastic vibrant colour too.
Me too, cleaning can take forever, but not with this particular juicer.
I really need to use more of my juicer and try some new combinations x
Love the combination of flavours. As for me, there is no more perfect drink than just plain carrot juice from properly cleaned, organic carrots.
I adore carrot juice and how naturally sweet it is.
I love love love carrot juice, this recipe is perfect! x
Thanks Becca! 🙂
I am yet to jump into the world of juicing, it is something I want to get into and your post has inspired me to go for it x
Glad that this post has inspired you.
What a delicious flavour combination… I’m definitely going to give this a go in my power blender… I’m obsessed with whizzing up frozen pineapple with spinach and apple juice at the moment… sooooooo good!
Oh, I love the sound of pineapple, spinach and apple together!
I don’t currently juice but I have in the past. Cleaning the juicer was always an issue for me too, but it sounds like the Phillip Avance Collection juicer makes that a much easier chore. I’ve always loved fresh carrot juice and this combination sounds delicious!
Same here, the cleaning part always puts me off, but this one is so easy!
This looks amazing Jemma! I love vibrant coloured foods and drinks like this. We have a new super duper blender so I’m always looking out for easy and healthy recipes like this. Thanks very much!
Thanks, Amy! I like a massive array of colour in my food too.
This looks so good! I love pineapple and carrots but I’m allergic to ginger- I think I’m going to try this recipe and just leave the ginger out.
You could totally leave it out!
I tend to mostly drink water, but often want something with flavour. This looks refreshing and healthy! x
I have the flu at the moment and have lost my voice. I can imagine this drink will be soothing for my throat x
This sounds like an interesting juice. I love that you have the sweetness from the pineapple and a bit of a kick from the ginger.
Oh this sounds like a very interesting combination. I do love pineapple in juice x
It adds a lovely sweetness doesn’t it.
Now this looks like something I could wake up to! So much goodness in one glass.
Me too! Juices are a great way to pack more veggies/fruit in.

This is absolutely looks good, I would love to try this with my hubby. Glad that you share this
I really want to get a juicer. Spring makes me crave fruit and veg goodness and this is a great way to up the intake.
I absolutely love fresh ginger in juices, it adds so much depth to a drink.
Sounds yummy. I never knew about juicers that allowed more fiber in.
My poor juicer is collecting dust at the moment- I find it’s easy to make juice when you’re in the habit but seems like so much effort when you haven’t done it for a while.
I totally get what you mean, but I found this one so incredibly easy to clean that I’m excited to get juices back into my life again.
I have never tried Carrot juice before, but love ginger and pineapple so this sounds like a tasty juice to me!
I’m not a massive fan of ginger but It does sound like a great combo! xo
