Forget Valentine’s Day, there is only one celebration that I’m obsessing over this month, Pancake Day. I’m really looking forward to face-planting myself into a massive stack of pancakes, although I’m not sure if I will be making American style pancakes or crepes yet.
Normally, I create a recipe especially for Pancake Day, however this year I thought I would share some incredibly delicious pancake recipes from around the web instead. Seriously, I want to make them all!

I love Shrove Tuesday and everything pancakes! Not a huge fan of the sweet ones so I love that you’ve included savoury one – maybe that’s the way I should have my pancakes this year!
I always opt for sweet ones, so might try a savoury one this year.

What a delectable array of pancakes on display! Can’t go wrong with chocolate chips. I do miss the savoury ones which are common in South Africa.
I need to experiment with savoury ones some more as I always opt for sweet ones.

I’m excited too – perfect treat! I prefer the crepe version. The american pancakes seem too thick with anything other than something like butter. For me anyway! Really should try a savoury pancake but know i won’t…x

Oh wow, what a fabulous selection of pancakes and toppings! I personally prefer thinner, crispier pancakes with strawberries and golden syrup on them but this year I’m going to give banana and blueberry a try! xxx

The pancakes all look amazing I normally make sweet pancakes but have stuffed them to make them savoury before on occasion.

I am so unexotic with my pancakes. It has to be a crepe and just have jam on it, I find the American style too thick. I do fancy having a go of chocolate pancakes though
