When I’m out running or working out in the gym, one of the most important things is making sure that I feel comfortable.  Wearing the correct type of fitness shoes, not only helps your performance whilst exercising, but can also prevent injuries.

The hard impact of running and walking is mainly endured by our knees and feet. Many that suffer from running associated injuries such as shin splints, may find running insoles rather useful.  Running insoles are great for improving and assisting with the pronation of your feet whilst out running, which mean you can carry out your favourite activities with little pain or discomfort.

Of course, when it comes to orthotic shoes, lets face it, they are not the most stylish. However, Vionic shoes combine fashion and function enabling you to feel comfortable whilst out walking. but also fashionable too.  Like the running insoles they are designed to limit the pain and discomfort on your feet by providing support and stability – such a great idea!

Have you ever tried a pair running insoles?

Do you suffer regularly from running injuries?
