Recently I was kindly asked to work with Activia on their Feel Good Cook of the year competition with Gok Wan. Activia have been focusing on empowering women and helping them feel good from within, which I believe to be such a positive and inspiring campaign
Regular readers of my blog will know that I love to get busy in the kitchen experimenting, especially baking. I find inspiration for my bakes from all sorts of sources and I enjoy the fact that I am able to bake healthier alternatives of my somewhat unhealthier favourites just by switching up the ingredients.
Activia are currently running a competition on their Facebook page on a mission to find Activia’s Feel Good Cook of the Year. To enter, you have to create a recipe using Activia and upload a picture plus the cooking instructions on the Activia Facebook wall.
The big prize is to attend a cooking master class with The Activia’s Feel Good ambassador Gok Wan and a top chef in a very lovely professional kitchen at La Cucina Caldesi in London on Wednesday November 13th. How exciting!!!
