Instead, you will need to get the right balance between the cost of kitchen cabinets and appliances. By splashing out a few quid on fancy designer appliances, you could create a luxurious finish without spending a fortune.

Style

Choosing appliances with all the mod-cons will automatically create a contemporary look in your kitchen. It would be somewhat silly to hope for a country kitchen if you are sporting a sleek induction hob with integrated appliances.

The same can be said for adding retro appliances and décor to a modern and contemporary kitchen. Sometimes it is possible to blend designs with a bit of careful planning, but simply putting modern appliances into vintage or country kitchens could look out of place and disorganised.
