There isn’t a week that goes by in our house where eggs don’t make it onto the shopping list. We love them! They’re great for quick and easy meals when you’re in a rush or running low on ingredients. Full of great nutrition and a wonderful source of protein, they’re definitely worth stocking up on.
Sometimes I do get stuck in an egg rut, scrambled and fried eggs are my go to’s because they’re simple and quick. However, sometimes I like to get those creative juices flowing and cook something more exciting with them, just like some of these tasty egg recipes that are perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Oh yes me too, really love eggs, we cook them a lot. Lovely set of recipes!
Fab round up! Like you I get stuck in an egg rut really easily. For us it’s omelette and poached eggs that we have more often than not. We should definitely eat them more though. Will have t start working down this list. Great job! And thanks for including me 🙂
I think the kiddoes will be raiding granny and grandps egg stash a lot over the next few weeks. I willl blame you and your tempting post. 😀
I love how cheap yet so versatile eggs are, I love the Cotswold Legbar mostly for their glrious yolks and I now have to make that frittata, it looks divine as do all the other egg dishrs you have featured here in this great round-up post!
Having four hens in the garden means we know all about getting a glut of eggs! Great round up, going to pin for future inspiration 🙂

Eggs are definitely a staple in our house. I think I’m going to try some of these recipes.
There really is so much that you can do with eggs, and they are cheap too, even when buying free range.
Thanks for including my recipe 🙂
You Just gave me 25 healthy ways to have eggs, one of my fav foods of all time, and I am in Foodie heaven 🙂 CHeers
I’ve been pretty much obsessed with eggs since I was kid. It was one of the few foods my parents could always get me to eat ( I was such a fussy eater). This is definitely a keeper for me. Thanks for putting together all these fab recipes.
I could not live without eggs in my life, they make and go in SO many things. I love the beautiful pictures in this post and I will be trying out some of the delicious sounds recipes.
I simply love eggs, great post and thank you for linking to my egg dishes:-)
My fave egg dish is fritata I think, so easy to use up fridge bits! So many delicious recipes here, I’ve book marked it to show my husband as he’s a huge egg fan!
Everything looks amazing, but I’m especially loving that smoked salmon frittata! Eggs are such a stable for me — glad to have these lovely options!
This is some serious food porn! I’m really into eggs atm – sounds weird, I know. So I’m loving these recipes. It’s time I tried to make something more adventurous than scrambled eggs.
Love eggs, they are just the best! Such a fab round up – thank you so much for including me!
What a terrific roundup. I love eggs but even I didn’t realise they were this versatile. Mosly I just make omelette with them. I will be trying out that frittata though. X
We love eggs too. It’s a great way to get lots of protein! My favourite egg recipe is:
Vegetarian English Breakfast on a pancake
Oh I must save this post. I would love my kids to eat more eggs and all I can up with is scrambled egg.
There is not a recipe on this list that I would not try! I can’t wait to make a few of this this weekend! Pinning!
This is a fabulous collection! I’m a little overwhelmed TBH, I don’t know which to try first. We love eggs and we tend to get into an egg rut too (if it’s not scrambled, it’s poached) so I am definitely bookmarking this!
I’m definitely book marking this post – I don’t have an oven so can only cook things on a hob. Eggs are so quick that it’s great to have a lot more inspiration for future quick dinners! x
The egg leak and potato curry sounds amazing and so do the shakusha eggs with tomato. Pinning for future reference!
Great list. I adore eggs, such a great staple food to have. You can do so much with them (as you’ve clearly shown!).
Love the bacon nests. Mmmm.
The bacon nests are genius! We always have eggs in, so I’m never worried when the fridge is empty because you can always make something tasty with eggs.
Great list…love how versatile eggs are!
Oh wow, loving all these egg recipes – and thanks for sharing mine too!
