***This was supposed to be posted earlier but the very lovely WordPress deleted my post…oppps!***

Let’s face it most us are probably on some sort of a healthy eating kick right now after indulging over Christmas.  I for one am guilty of this! As much as I enjoyed all of treating myself over the festive season I was quite thankful to get back to my normal eats and my body was quite relieved too.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, I mean who wants to be munching on lettuce leaves all day long, not me.  You can still eat well on food that is nutritious as well as it being packed full of flavour.   It can be difficult yo keep creating healthy meals and to remain inspired so I have compiled a list of my top 10 favourite healthy meals from 2012 to give you a helping hand and they don’t compromise on taste either!  I’ve even incorporated some healthy desserts such as cookies and raw chocolate, yum!
