Horray for the weekend! The start of the week was super busy for me doing those long shifts at work. I have had the rest of the week off though but have still been busy catching up with stuff. So I really excited that the weekend is almost ready to grace us again.
This week I indulged in the Jubilee celebrations a little and baked my Patriotic Lemon Sponge cake.
Alfie is still totally unaware that this cake is vegan! Love it!
I got a mega delivery of Total Greek Yoghurt split pots in their new raspberry and pomegranate flavour, cannot wait to feast on these!
A chocolately evening was in order the other night and the bar of Conscious raw chocolate that I won in a Twitter competition really hit the spot!

Many of you may have noticed that I have been loving my florals lately and love the oriental style florals on my red jacket that I wore the other day.
Cake for breakfast is never a bad thing I had two slices of my Fruit Loaf taken from the freezer topped with nut butters and served with a bowl of strawberries…yum!

My flower girl dresses arrived this week, I’ve been offered some sponsored blog posts which will really help with the wedding spending, and house hunting is now in full swing!
I have a fab weekend planned starting with a date night with Alfie later tonight. Tomorrow I am meeting with one of my bridesmaids for lunch and a bit of shopping. There will also be lots of relaxation, a run (weather depending) and maybe some baking too.
