Heavenly Gifts For Self Care and Wellbeing
It’s that time of year again where I go through the virtual shopping aisles and seek out beautiful gifts and treats that I would love to buy for my lovely readers. This has become a bit of a tradition for me and I love doing it every year. You can see last year’s gift guide here.
All the gifts that I’ve picked out are all focused on injecting more blissful self care into your lives (obviously!). There are so many beautiful products out there that it was hard to choose, but I think this little selection would make you smile on Christmas morning.
1. Feel Refreshed Scented Candle
I couldn’t start a gift guide without including a candle. This one from Neom is from their Boost Your Energy range – something that we could probably all do with towards the end of the year!
2. Caramel Bourbon Vanilla Flavour Chocolate Spoon with Mini Marshmallows
Christmas is all about the cosiness and movies for me and to enjoy that I need a nice warm drink to dial up on the cosinesss. Whittards of Chelsea have the most delicious hot chocolate stirrers and this one sounds divine!
3. Rifle Paper Co. for Anthropologie Garden Party Monogram Mug
An Anthropologie and Rifle Paper Co collaboration, what’s not to love? These pretty mugs are monogrammed too. Just perfect for a yummy hot chocolate drink.
4. Glow Himalayan Teardrop Salt Lamp
Not only a stunning piece to have in your home, salt lamps are fantastic at purifying the air too while creating a gentle atmospheric glow.
5. Wabi Sabi: Japanese Wisdom for a Perfectly Imperfect Life
I really enjoy reading about how wellbeing concepts are represented around the world – hygge anyone? Wabi Sabi and learning about how to live a perfectly imperfect life is something I think we all could do with more of.

Funky workout leggings are a great way to inject some fun into your workouts. There are loads over at Tikiboo, but these palm print ones caught my eye.
7. Super Attractor: A 52-Card Deck
I have The Universe Has Your Back deck and these newly released cards have gone onto my own Christmas wishlist. How beautiful do they look?

As soon as I saw these slippers I knew that had to make it onto this year’s guide. They’re so much fun and look cosy too.
A pretty notebook is a must for all stationery lovers. This one would be a lovely gift to write all of those new year intentions and plans in.
10. Apple Airpods with Charging Case
I love the idea of wireless headphones, mine are always getting in a tangle, no matter what I do. These Apple ones come with a charging case which I thought was genius.
