Ingredients
- 250 g Fragata Pitted Green Olives
- 8 cloves of Fragata Garlic Cloves
- 250 ml gin
- 250 ml good quality olive oil
- Slivers of lemon peel from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Store in an air tight jar and use as necessary.
