A grain-free pancake stuffed with homemade applesauce and cinnamon for a perfect breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients
For the filling
6Bramley apples
2tspcinnamon
4tbspwater
3-5tbspNatvia(depending on your sweet tooth)
For the pancakes
1 1/2cupsalmond flour
1egg
2cupsunsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Peel and dice the apples and add to a saucepan with the cinnamon, water and sweetener. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the apples have broken down.
Meanwhile, mix all of the pancake ingredients together until smooth and heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Take ladle full amounts of batter and cook the pancakes. You should get 6 from this mix.
When the applesauce and pancakes are cooled, place tablespoon amount of the sauce into the centre of the pancakes and roll them up like a burrito, remembering to tuck in the ends.
Place the pancake rolls on the baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
