A simple, healthier version of a classic breakfast staple that can be easily customised into an entire different recipe - only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 cups jumbo oats
- 250 g dried fruit and nut mix
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

In a saucepan, melt together the coconut oil and honey.

Pour the melted mixture over the oats in a separate bowl and stir in, making sure that the oats are well covered.

Add the cinnamon and dried fruit and nuts and stir.

Transfer the granola on the prepared baking tray and spread it out so that it's flat.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, remembering to turn it over half way through.

When golden brown remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
